Heiko Heiden joined the Mercanta Team in Summer 2012 and started to develop the emerging specialty coffee markets of Germany, Austria and Switzerland. In summer 2015, Mercanta extended his responsibility by the markets of Czech Republic, Slovakia, Bulgaria and Hungary.
Heiko operates from his office base in the famous coffee port of Hamburg.
