Vitoria Paro—Head Roaster at Ground Coffee in Dublin and winner of the Mercanta Roasting Competition 2025—has just arrived at Aquiares Estate to visit the farm where her competition coffee was grown. 🌱☕
She’s joined by Diego Robelo, General Manager of Aquiares, and Juan Cano from Mercanta Berlin for what promises to be an unforgettable coffee adventure.
